Treatments are individualized using Ontario Formulary prescriptions.
Breast Cancer Screening Self-referral (Now starting at 40 years old!)
If you are 40 year old or more please CALL one of the centers in the link near you to book your own MAMMOGRAM. You will receive your results via mail and your primary care provider will receive the results also!
