Fractional C02 Laser treatments use microscopic columns of laser energy to ablate the skin where a small controlled micro injury  wound stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. 

Microneedling technology uses very fine needles coupled with radiofrequency waves to create channels in the skin known as “microwounds”. This helps to stimulate and activate fibroblast production of elastin and collagen, thereby smoothing out wrinkles and restoring softness to the skin. 

During a Laser Genesis treatment, the fractional NdYag laser heats the dermis directly under the skin to stimulate collagen production. This plumps the skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.  Gentle and controlled micro pulsed heat improves skin perfermance and radiance.
